3D Position Tracking under 10mm Accuracy


This solution is the first in the World which there is not any such familiar positioning project with milimeters accuracy with Image Processing.


System is tracking the nutrunner or any assembly tool during the production to be sure about the following important process issues:


  • Manual torque selection on the nutrunner: System selects the torque value from the BOM of  each assembly points to complete process. There is no need to select manually of any torque value by the assembly operator.

  • Assembly process sequence: System controls the nutrunner main units via PLC thus nutrunners can work in only defined aseembly sequence. Assembly operators can not be able complete any process breaking the sequence due to nutrunners will be locked.

  • Real process complition timing: According to assembly process details, system tracks the every assembly point process complition with timings by this means that current data can be able to compare with historical or theorical defined process timings.
